Real Life: Chairman of Energy Efficiency business specialising in supply and installation of retrofit lighting and boiler controls. Saving energy, CO2 and money for schools, hospitals, MOD and private sector clients. I enjoy mountain biking on the South Downs and support Bosham Sailing club cadet sailing.

ISAF/RYA Qualifications: Yachtmaster Offshore; CRO+; First Aid; Powerboat Level 2; Safety Boat.
Race Management Experience: Spent 4 years as CSO for Bosham junior week, and 2 years as RO and ARO for the same event and Open meetings. This is in addition to major events as a Safety Officer.
Major Events: As safety officer - RS:X World Championships, 2009; Olympic Test Event, 2011; ISAF Sailing World Cuo Event, Sail for Gold 2011.
Sailing and Racing Experience: Lots of different dinghy racing from schooldays onwards, offshore as navigator, round the cans as helm and trimmer. Various Caribbean and Asian regattas. Currently Race a classic National 18 in Chichester harbour.
