Real Life: Regional Business Manager for HSBC covering the South East of England. Manage all parts of commercial risk management, credit, operational and regulatory aspects; lead, manage, coach and develop a team of Business Manager's working across Business and Commercial Banking. Aspects include being hands on to inspire sales performance and working to increase Business Banking awareness in the local areas.

ISAF/RYA Qualifications: Powerboat Level 2; First Aid.
Race Management Experience: Four years involvement with race management for Olympic Classes, dinghies, boards and keelboats.
Major Events: Laser Masters World Championships 2010; Olympic Test Event 2011; ISAF Sailing World Cup Events - Sail for Gold 2011; National Championships x 3 (including Ireland 2009); Cowes Week 2010.
Sailing and Racing Experience: Mainly in the Solent.
