Real Life: Currently in final year at Birmingham University, studying medicine; due to commence work as a foundation doctor at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor in North Wales from August onwards.

ISAF/RYA Qualifications: Regional Mark Layer; Powerboat Instructor; First aid; Safety boat.
Race Management Experience: Involved since 2007 in a number of roles - safety team, course safety leader, mark layer and committee boat crew. Course configurations - windward/leeward, sausage triangle and trapezoid. Disciplines include dinghies and boards.
Major Events: As mark layer - Splash World Championships (2009); Olympic Test Event 2011; ISAF Sailing World Cup Events x 4 (Sail for Gold, 2008-2011). As safety officer - World Championships x 2 (Cadets 2007, Mirrors 2009); Nationals x 3 (Cadets 2007, Mirrors 2009, Oppies 2011).
Sailing and Racing Experience: Sailing since the age of 10 years; family cruising; dinghy sailing in a number of different classes; university team racing for 4 years; J80 sailing and regular club racing; currently crewing on a J109; RNLI crew member at Pwllheli.
